Snaking on a single level, the house is configured to wrap around and form new courtyard before launching out from the sloping paddock to capture distant views across Tuggerah Lake. Traditional materials of corrugated iron and hardwood root the house in its rural setting. The house is designed for full wheelchair accessibility in a manner which is seamlessly and simply considered without being obvious or dominating.
