With 20 years of local and international experience James understands what is required to produce quality architecture and is able to work with clients, councils, consultants and builders to achieve this. All work is considered a collaboration with all contributors bringing individual experience and knowledge.

Basic principles such as careful planning, making connections to landscape, natural lighting, ventilation and material honesty, are thoughtfully worked through to make clean, healthy, sustainable spaces tailor made for individual situations. Success is measured in making engaging spaces that bring family, friends and nature together.

James has worked with award winning architects in Newcastle, Sydney and London, and shares this experience through his practice. He is a registered Architect with the NSW Registration Board and A+ Member of the Australian Institute of Architects.
